Marswood Hall Rental

Hall Rental includes the use of tables and chairs, banquet tables, dance floor, Bride's Parlor and complimentary parking.
  • Monday-Thursday: $675.00
  • Friday-Saturday: $1500.00
  • Sunday: $1150.00

Chapel Rental ​

  • Chapel Rental: $300.00
  • Chapel Curtain and icon removal: $150.00

Event Service Fee

  • Event Service Fee:  $300.00
Service Fee includes the following:
  • Event Coordinator
  • On-site facility manager during your event
  • Set-up of tables and chairs
  • Cleaning before and after event

Miscellaneous Fees

Kitchen Rental
  • Full use: $300.00
  • Use of ovens and/or stove: $100.00

Additional Set-up Time
  • $50.00 per hour

Second Day Hall Rental (Rehearsal Dinners, for example)
  • $250.00

Hourly Rate:
  • $125.00 plus Service Fee​

Deposit

  • Marswood Hall: $500.00
  • Marswood Hall and Chapel: $650.00​

Security Deposit

  • Determined by number of guests
