Rates
Marswood Hall Rental
Hall Rental includes the use of tables and chairs, banquet tables, kitchen for food prep and storage, dance floor, Bride's Parlor and complimentary parking. The rental is for a 10 hour block to end no later than midnight on the day of your rental. An Event Service Fee will be added to all rentals. See below for details.
- Monday-Thursday - $950 + Service Fee
- Friday-Saturday - $2350 + Service Fee
- Sunday - $2000 + Service Fee
- Hourly Rate- $275 + Service Fee
- Additional hours can be added to rental time for a fee TBD
Damage Deposit
- Deposit amount is TBD on size of the event, please inquire for details.
Outdoor Ceremony
- By special request, please inquire for details.
Event Service Fee
- Event Service Fee - $300
- Venue Coordinator
- On-site facility manager during your event

Kitchen Rental
